Welcome to the Neuse River District!

The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is ... to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

 Words To Live By....
"There are people who make things happen, there are people who watch things happen, and there are people who wonder what happened. To be successful, you need to be a person who makes things happen."

Good Afternoon All,

My name is Aaron Freeman with the Carolina Mudcats Baseball Team and I would like to start by thanking everyone that attended our 2014 Scout Camp Out! We enjoyed hosting everyone and look forward to seeing you all again in 2015.

The reason why I am contacting you all today is to get some feedback in regards to our 2015 Scout Camp Out. We are currently in the planning phase for next season’s event and I have been asked to reach out to everyone to get an idea of what dates, preferably in May, will work for everyone. These would be dates that would not interfere or be close to one of your prior commitments. This event will be held on a Friday or Saturday night depending on everyone’s preference (remember there are fireworks after every Friday night game) and the possible dates are as follows: May 1st, 2nd, 15th, 16th, 29th or 30th.

Any information, feedback, or suggestions will be greatly appreciated and will help us tremendously in planning this annual event. I can be reached anytime by phone or email and I look forward to hearing from everyone. Thank you all for your time!

Have A Great Evening!
